One hot summer’s day a Fox was strolling through an orchard. He came to a bunch of grapes ripening on a vine. The vine was wrapped around a lofty branch. “Just the things to quench my thirst,” he thought. He stepped back a little then took a running jump, and just missed the bunch. The fox tried several more times, but with no greater success. Again and again he tried, but at last had to give up. He walked away with his nose in the air, saying: “I am sure they are sour.”– Aesop.
I believe the moral to that fable is: it is easy to despise what you cannot get, however the thing that stands out to me is that the fox gave up. As you can see the fox in my logo did not. He saw the problem and went to work on a solution, and in the end he achieved his goal. This parallels my own commitment to your needs. I will visualize a solution to help you achieve your goals.
As a graphic/web designer, I have around 20 of years experience in the creation of multimedia tools to support branding campaigns for small and large businesses. At Lincoln University I played an intricate part in the creation of the media department and implemented significant aesthetic changes to various marketing initiatives. In short, I was indispensable in launching the university website, developing online social media tools including the university’s first blog, launching two publications, and creating promotional videos for the admissions department.
I took the experience gathered at Lincoln University and applied it to ING/Voya as well as Bank of America where I was integral in the creation of email development teams. My experience was a major factor in the conception of the email team at Bank of America. I also nurtured the department‘s development even further by training other team members.
As you will see from my resume, I have other qualifications and experiences that enhanced the image of multiple institutions while realizing significant cost reductions to their budget.
I enjoy coaching others on how to use media to express and market their ideas. If you have any questions or you would like to discuss my work in more detail, please feel free to contact me at 302–218–8553 or gfox@guybfox.com.
